I would give Joe higher than a 10 if I could! He has been an absolute delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and was always happily accommodating to our needs. We were looking for a home from out of town and Joe was always supportive and willing to go the extra mile (pun intended) to make sure we got to see the place through FaceTime calls and by making sure we were fully satisfied during our search. His calm and friendly demeanor made the whole process so relaxing and enjoyable for myself and my husband. He is such an honest person and that made us feel at ease knowing that he was truly watching out for our best interests. The ultimate compliment was when our builder’s representative told us that Joe is such a unique agent who will stay engaged with them as an advocate for the buyer versus the other agents they have come across that only come in the first time they bring in a buyer, never to be seen again.
