Listing process

Step 1: Meet and Greet

Set up a 1-on-1 with your Real Estate Broker / Realtor. During this meeting you’ll get an understanding of eachother’s expectations, provide a tour and all features of your home, and discuss further discuss the selling process.

Step 2: Receive my free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis / Home Value)

You and your Real Estate Broker will go through all the recent market activity of comparable properties, ultimately helping you come up with a market list price. During this meeting, you’ll further discuss marketing strategies that will help get top dollar for your sale.

Step 3: Preparing to list my home.

Go through any final marketing details. Finalize all listing paperwork and setup a day for pictures.

Step 4: Photos and Access

Time to get photos of your home done, confirm your showing notifications, and get your home setup so other Real Estate Brokers and their buyer clients can access for tour. Be sure your home is clean and organized, the closest thing to picturing it in a magazine.

Step 5: On Market

Get notified of any showing requests. Receive market updates and any feedback (if provided). On any presented offers, negotiate for the highest offer with the best terms.

Step 6: Once Under Contract
(You and Buyer have come to an agreement)

Your Real Estate Broker will provide you with all the executed paperwork and next steps. The next steps will include everything you should expect, every step of the way, from this moment until you close.

Step 7: Constant Communication

Receive market updates frequently to understand how you sit in the marketplace. If under contract, receive transactional updates about where you are in the process and what you should be expecting next.

Step 8: Closing

Your Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Attorney will go through the last few things you should know and have prepared for a smooth closing.
